(It's based on a children's book about a young girl who needs to use a magical golden compass to save the world from an evil and mysterious organization. Ian McKellen does the voice of a powerful polar bear warrior that helps in her fight.)

X-FILES MOVIE 2 UPDATE:

AMANDA PEET, BILLY CONNOLLY and rapper XZIBIT have all joined the cast of the second "X-Files" movie. Not much is known about the movie, but the word is that Amanda and Xzibit will play FBI agents.
