BRITNEY SPEARS IS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR RUNNING OVER A COP'S FOOT:

BRITNEY SPEARS was recently investigated by the LAPD . . . for running over the foot of a Sheriff's deputy.

It happened when Britney was leaving the county courthouse after a custody hearing on October 26th . . . two Fridays ago. The cop was trying to help Britney maneuver through the typically insane crowd of paparazzi swarming around her.

Luckily for Britney, she's not in any trouble over this. The LAPD says, quote, "This case is closed and appears to have been just an accident."

"Maxim" magazine recently released a list of the 5 Unsexiest Women.

(--It was headed by SARAH JESSICA PARKER . . . and she was followed by AMY WINEHOUSE, SANDRA OH, MADONNA and BRITNEY SPEARS.)

And now, in response, AOL has a list of the 11 Unsexiest MEN. The "winner" is PETE DOHERTY . . . KATE MOSS' on-and-off junky boyfriend, who also sings in a band you've never heard of called BABYSHAMBLES.
