STUPID QUICK HITS:

Thanks to the movie "Ratatouille", today's kids apparently don't want dogs, cats or goldfish anymore. No. . . now, they all want RATS. In England, pet stores have been selling 50% more rats since the movie opened.

The same effect also happened here, in Germany and in Sweden. . . with rat sales going WAY UP after the movie came out. Steve Fairburn, who owns the British chain Pets at Home, says, quote, "It seems 'Ratatouille' has done wonders for the image of rats." (AFP)
